This site has been under development for over ten years.
Everything in the driveline business is predicated upon identifying the universal joint by its "series". We are attempting to dedicate a single html page for every known series (obviously there are some exceptions) and place on those pages the most popular part numbers as well as part numbers we generally keep in stock. Many part numbers are linked to a detail page that leads to the shopping cart. Most part numbers come from a database we maintain on a monthly basis. New items are being added all the time.
In order to identify the part or driveline you need:
- “Always measure the cup diameter of the universal joint accurately with a pair of calipers. Then measure the length of the cross and determine whether an inside snap ring is being used, or an outside snap ring.”
- Then try our universal joint chart <<-- click here
- If you are identifying an Agricultural PTO, please observe the shape and size of the driving tubes.
