Extreme Angle Double CV Driveline

 

Applications include 4x4 Rock Crawlers or vehicles that have extreme compound angles.

Most popular application is front drivelines for four wheel drive lifted trucks.

 

There are so many four wheel drives out there with front driveline problems. Modifing your front end to accomodate a driveline issue may degrade steering performance, cause premature tire wear, and do general damage to front end bushings and bearings. And in so many cases, a double CV will solve the issues with only minor, if any, modification to the front axle. So why do so few people go with the double CV????

Because it is an expensive driveline that few shops know how to build. That is why.

Getting a CV on a differential requires custom machine work, and or specialty parts.
